Ysgol y Dderwen staff understand the importance of providing wide and valuable experiences for our pupils.
High quality learning experiences enable our pupils to develop a better understanding of the world around them and give them learning opportunities that they would not otherwise have. With time, our pupils become more confident and independent.
The school has noticed that our pupils are happiest when they spend time outdoors. This has a positive effect on pupils’ well-being and their involvement in learning.
